Kadlec Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our growing Rheumatology/Encorinology teams located in Kennewick and Richland, Washington!

Shift Details: Full time, 1.0, Days. Exempt.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution within 3 years from date of hire into the position

  • 2 years healthcare experience

  • 1 year supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited educational institution

  • 2 years practice management experience

  • Lean process improvement experience

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Under the direction of the ADMIN DIR CLINIC, the Practice Manager implements and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC) and the Administrative Director. Working with the POC, the Practice Manager has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the performance of the assigned practice. Remains responsible for physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action Plans (SSAP), physical clinic, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc.

  • The Practice Manager has direct accountability for the following factors: Operating Commitments, SSAP’s, Patient Satisfaction, and staff management and provider engagement.

  • Oversee daily management and collaboration of a physician practice site or multiple physician practice sites.

  • Review monthly financial performance. Identifies opportunities for improvement and works with POC to develop a SSAP to implement necessary changes to meet operating commitments. Ensures compliance to fiscal standards with focus on volume, payer mix, fees, customer service initiatives, productivity, coding and documentation, non-provider labor, building occupancy expenses, and clinical supply costs.

  • Provide real time feedback of all non-provider support staff.

  • Maintain communication with Administrative Director on weekly basis to review the SSAP, as well as other projects defined by Administrative.
