Nutrition plays a pivotal role in each patient’s overall health. A dietitian’s role is to design nutritional programs that ensure proper nutrition is delivered to each patient with the intent of improving healing and maintaining health. In this position, the dietitian, working under the direction of the clinical dietetics manager, will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical nutrition therapy in the acute care setting. They will care for patients of all ages which will afford them the opportunity to learn about different patient populations and further their clinical and patient engagement skills. They will join a team of highly skilled peers, who have an interest in sharing knowledge and furthering clinical dietetics as a profession.

Associate Dietitian
Salary Range: $24.31 - $38.67
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field
Washington Dietitian Certification within 1 year of hire
National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration within 1 year of hire
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field
One (1) year of recent professional experience in an acute care setting
Dietitian
Salary Range: $27.12 - $43.79
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field
Washington Dietitian Certification or Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire
National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
Completion of a dietetic internship or equivalent experience accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or related field
One (1) Certification from one of the following: CNSC, CSR, CSO, CSPCC, CSG, CDCES, BC-ADM, or RD-AP
One (1) year of recent professional experience in clinical nutrition in an acute care setting
