Physical Therapist

Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

  • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

  • Minimum experience is obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or

  • D.P.T. from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

  • Experience in outpatient setting

  • Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation facility

  • Experience with pediatrics

  • Experience with orthopedics or sports injury rehabilitation

  • Experience with lymphedema management

  • Experience with pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Experience with neurological or vestibular rehabilitation

  • Experience with occupational medicine
