Kadlec has an exciting opportunity for a RN - Nursing Floor Coordinator to join our growing team PeriAnesthesia Unit/Pre-Admission Services Team!
Shift Details: Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift. Exempt.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher, or in progress. If Bachelor’s in Nursing or higher is in progress, must be completed within 3 years from date of hire.
2 years of acut
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Current WA State RN Licensure required.
ACLS required within 6 months from date of hire into the position.
2 years of Acute Care (hospital) nursing experience required.
2 years of recent nursing experience in related clinical setting (PACU, OR, ICU, Procedural Nursing such as Endo, etc.)
Master's in nursing
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide input and participates in real time feedback, as requested.
Direct and supervises employees.
Collaborate with Human Resources on personnel issues.
